Telling everybody sorry for the wait doesn't make up for the fact this place makes everybody wait. DON'T GO INSIDE! You will wait forever. They have two registers open and two of the slowest people ever working. To be honest, it wasn't even the people working the registers fault. Yeah they might not have been the sharpest tool in the shed, but this counter had enough space for maybe two trays. So they really couldn't take another order. Management/owners need to put in a place so these people can take more than one, or two orders at a time and start stacking them in lines. No reason some guy who just wants a shake needs to wait 10 minutes because somebody is waiting on fries.

We are staying in Paw Paw MI for the weekend and stopped in for lunch. Staff was very friendly even when they were slammed. The food was good and hot. I've had my share of bad experiences with fast food places but this was not one of them. Also, the manager jumped in and helped her team which is nice to see.

This Wendy's needs work. There were spider webs in the windows and the floor was dirty. The chili was cold and the frosty was not frozen. Trash cans were full and needed to be emptied. This location needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.

This Wendy's has definitely gone down hill in recent months. The fries and sandwich I had tonight were both cold and tasted like they were left over from lunch, The trash bins were over flowing to the point you could not add any more to them. Will not be going back any time soon.

Worst Wendy's ever. Phenomenally slow service, poorly managed, incompetent staff. The guy on the grill needed to have the concept of a basic double cheeseburger explained to him...twice. Just...no.

Typical Wendy's with a nice staff, but the place is really messy. The floors were sticky and for the next few days I couldn't walk anywhere with the shoes I was wearing that day without being reminded of the Paw Paw Wendy's.
